Nardalert XT & Radman XT Personal Monitors

We are the UK’s leading supplier of RF personal monitors offering both the Nardalert XT and Radman XT. Both units are widely used in the telecommunications and broadcast industry. Most employers in the industry recommend the use of personal monitors if personnel are required to visit antenna sites, typically masts and rooftops. The units are designed to be very simple to operate so can be issued to staff with no technical background. Personal monitors are also used in a number of other applications including military communication and radar systems, satellite communications, test laboratories, and industrial drying and heating systems.

Nardalert XT

The basic function of a personal monitor is to provide the user with a warning when RF or microwave field strengths start to be significant with regard to a given safety guideline or standard. The Nardalert XT covers a wide frequency range of 100 kHz to 100 GHz. Alarm thresholds can be changed and set to suit a given application, and are shaped to major exposure guideline values such as ICNIRP. Monitors with a shaped alarm threshold are capable of providing an accurate response when exposed to multiple frequencies.  Both Nardalert XT & Radman XT models offer data logging options to provide plots of exposure levels over time, lower cost units without data logging are also available.
